“INFO
Netherlands – Bergen – Shetland – Bergen race The 1000-Mile Doublehanded is perhaps the most challenging race of the northernmost North Sea. This rugged competition combines long-distant sailing with serious competitive racing. If you love a good challenge – and want a great excuse for a wild vacation – register now.
The 1000-Mile Doublehanded consists of three legs between Holland (IJmuiden), Norway (Bergen) and the Shetland Islands (Lerwick) – and finishes in Bergen.
Leg 1 IJmuiden – Bergen (600 mi – 10 June 2007)
Leg 2 Bergen – Lerwick (200 mi – 20 June 2007)
Leg 3 Lerwick – Bergen (200 mi – 24 June 2007)
The two shorter legs are also part of the Shetland-Bergen Races 2007, so prizes will be awarded in both Lerwick and Bergen. The winner of the 1000-Mile Doublehanded will be announced at the awards ceremony in Autumn 2007.”

Als ik het goed heb begrepen hebben jullie die tracker op zee overboord gegooid en zijn jullie verder gevaren. Derde in de hele race tot nu toe?
Gaat het allemaal goed met jullie?
Dikke kus Biny
